Cancellation and Refund

Transactions that have been successfully debited by the payment gateway but are not confirmed back to the Sri Varaahi Trust system will be considered failed transactions. These transactions are eligible for a refund after reconciliation. Refunds for such transactions will be processed within 10-15 working days.

Please note that all bookings are FINAL. Cancellations are not permitted.
